Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Development Manager to oversee all development management responsibilities from inception to completion across our clients impressive portfolio in excess of $2B. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the investment team, providing valuable insights and guidance on new acquisitions. As a pivotal member of the team, you will play a key role in driving forward their continuing expansion plans and ensuring the success of each development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development pipeline from up front development through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities, to drive project success.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential acquisitions, assessing feasibility and identifying risks and opportunities.

• Provide strategic input to the investment team, offering insights into market trends, asset performance, and development potential.

• Manage relationships with key partners and stakeholders, fostering positive and productive collaborations.

• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or obstacles as they arise.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices, continually seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Construction Management, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in real estate development, with a focus on industrial development.

• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale development projects from conception to completion.

• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyse complex investment opportunities and develop sound business strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Highly organized with strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
